SnackShack: Weekend Post

Hello world I hope you are all well?!

So I have some new dishes to post that I hope you'll take a look at and perhaps fancy trying out.

The first three are things I've tried over the weekend. The next two are part of my sisters birthday picnic. I made a cake and along with the picnic staff I made my own Curried Potato Salad so take a look at those and see what you think.

Hi everyone.
My name is Lora and I love to cook.
I've always had food allergies (I blame my mother for eating buckets of Breaded Chicken bought from a well known Fast-food emporium that was very popular in the 80's) Anyway, In 2013 I realised that I was suffering from a few health issues so I made up my mind to re-evaluate my health situation and get my health back on track. As a result I got better and I found that just because I have a few food intolerances that doesn't mean that I cannot eat properly. So, at the beginning of 2014 I decided that I would get back into the kitchen and try cooking up some tasty meals that yes may use Butter, Cream etc. but they do include Fruit, and Vegetables. Substitutions can be used, but it's still good quality, it's not overly expensive and are nutritious and not out of a packet.
So here are some recipes that I have collected and tried and tested for myself and on my family. Also I may throw in some hints, tips and suggestions that may be useful to the novice Kitchenera (not a word granted, but it is now!) Enjoy
