Hi people,
So this week I've been ill with some stomach bug (poor me) so I haven't been willing to think about food. Anyway, this weekend I thought I wouldn't eat very much as I still feel a bit off but I still need to get some nutrition. So I'm going to do a bit of juicing. I have a juicer and a blender which have totally paid for themselves. If you've ever heard of and or seen that programme about the guy who spent 60 days just drinking juiced fruit and vegetables and lost about 8 stone (roughly about 112lb or 50kg which ever weight unit you prefer to use) then you'll get what I'am talking about.
I'll try to add some of the juices I've made over the past year and maybe you'll try them yourself. It helped me lose around 9lb (4kg).
So watch this space.

So as I have stated this blog is a working progress. Slowly I'll upload dishes which you can also check out the list on the left hand side of the screen which are put into categories:
Starters. Mains. Desserts. Snacks. Mixes, Sauces & Pastry. Herbs and Spices. Right now I haven't uploaded any images because so it has become more important on how food looks rather than how it tastes. How to construct food should be up to you. You can use your imagination and make it look how you want.
So anyway keep on the look out for more recipes. Ta Ta For Now

Father's Day Treat.
So today for Daddy's day I am going to attempt this Boeuf Bourguignon (or for the less pretentious - 'Beef Stew'). If anyone would like to follow the link, check it out and have a bash at it then feel free to give feedback. Also included is a yummy Dessert called Parfait which is French for Perfect I believe (I am sure many top frenchie chefs would complain that the two dishes don't go) but tough. It's a French Dessert that's light, fruity and makes a change.

Aubergine Cannelloni. A new dish I am trying tomorrow - hope it comes out nice!
Until this year I have never really tried Aubergine so because I never tried it I thought it was (to put it like the kidz in da hood) Rank. But I actually quite like it. So, here is the recipe for a Main meal dish which if you fancy trying I hope you like it.
